Pantry Tuna Tomato Penne

Make dinner

    Cook penne until al dente. Reserve 1 cup cooking water and drain.

    Cook green pepper in olive oil in the same pot for 5 minutes. Add garlic for 30 seconds.

    Add marinara and tuna and simmer gently for 4 minutes.

    Fold in pasta, loosen with cooking water, and finish with parsley.
