Beef and Egg Dolsot Bibimbap

Make dinner

    Toss beef with tamari, brown sugar, and sesame oil for 10 minutes.

    Cook beef in a hot skillet until browned, 3 to 4 minutes; transfer. Saute spinach, carrots, and sprouts separately until just tender.

    Press rice into four oiled skillets or one large skillet and cook until the bottom crisps.

    Top with beef, vegetables, fried eggs, and gochujang.
