Make dinner

    Melt butter in a Dutch oven. Cook onion and mushrooms with 1/2 teaspoon salt until tender, 7 minutes.

    Add potatoes and broth and simmer until potatoes are tender, 15 minutes.

    Add fish and shrimp and simmer gently until opaque, 5 to 6 minutes.

    Stir in cream and herbs and heat without boiling.
