    Brown the turkey and onion in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat, breaking the meat into small crumbles.

    Stir in chili powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt for 30 seconds.

    Add beans, tomatoes, broth, and macaroni. Simmer uncovered, stirring often, until the pasta is tender, 12 to 15 minutes.
