Pressure-Cooker BBQ Pork Ribs

    Pour apple juice into the pressure cooker, set in the rack, and stand rib sections on top.

    Brush ribs with barbecue sauce and broil on a sheet pan for 4 to 6 minutes, until glossy and caramelized. Pork should reach at least 145°F.
