Make dinner

    Cook linguine until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water and drain.

    Cook garlic and tomatoes in olive oil for 3 minutes. Add broth and mussels, cover, and steam until the shells open, 4 to 6 minutes; discard unopened mussels.

    Add shrimp and cook until opaque, 2 to 3 minutes.

    Toss in linguine, arugula, parsley, and enough pasta water to coat.
